A real number before you hang up, not a proposal that turns up next week with a different figure on it.

Before you book
How long is it?
Twenty minutes. If we need longer we’ll book longer, but twenty is usually enough to know whether this is worth doing.
Do I need anything ready?
No. A rough sense of what’s bothering you is plenty. If you already have a site, I’ll have looked at it before we speak.
Is it a sales call?
It’s a diagnostic call. You’ll leave with a view on what to do next whether or not you ever hire me.
What happens afterwards?
A written quote within two working days — scope, cost and timing. Nothing gets added to it later.
